That depends. If it has been over 3 months since you have been in the office to discuss your condition, including self-care measures and medications and have your blood pressure/wt checked, you will need to make an appointment for a recheck. Use the Appointment section on the drop-down from Patient Services, or give us a call at 425 454-8684. Clicking on Appointments is an automatic link to AppointmentQuest, a Web-based service we provide for your convenience in making appointments. You choose the day and time, and you will receive a brief confirmation via email (address you provided at registration) after we review the date/time here. If all is well with you, medication doses stabilized, and it has been less than 2 months since you have been in, we probably can refill your medication. Call us or have your pharmacy call us. PLEASE ALLOW 2 DAYS FOR REFILLS TO BE PROCESSED!! |
